Anastasiya is an experienced investor and advisor, specializing in financing strategy for social enterprises, impact investment facilitation and education, investment risk analysis, diligence and deal structuring. Anastasiya is dedicated to leveraging her skills to enable impact-focused businesses in developing markets to scale and create lasting positive change in the world.
Prior to starting her practice, Anastasiya was the Director of Investor Relations & Financial Innovation at Agora Partnerships – facilitating over $50M in capital flow to social enterprises in Latin America and designing new funding programs. She is also a former Portfolio Manager at RSF Social Finance, a US based investor with $100M AUM. Anastasiya began her career in Corporate & Investment Banking and holds a Masters in International Finance & Development, and BS in Finance.
